Deathslayer "Cry Of The Swords" Demo(Demo-lition Segment)
This weeks Demo-lition Segment features another local NY act, Deathslayer. The band released two demo tapes back in 1984 and had a track appear on the Iron Tyrants and NY Metal compilation albums. Not much else happened for the band after that and they called it a day. The singer Suzanne Hearts seems to have been forgotten as one of the earlier female singers to front a metal band. 3/4 of this band went on to form Helicon From my Hometown of Brooklyn,NY.
Deathslayer-Cry Of The Swords Demo 1984:
1-Strange Illusions
2-Cry of The Swords
3-The Night Of The Burning Cross
4-Journey For Light
5-Deathslayer
6-Ravens Nest
Deathslayer Second Demo 1984:
1-Silver Legacy
2-Devils Daughter
3-Windfallen Angels
4-Asmodeus
